Refund/Return Policy for Label Shaj
Shipping We usually ship products within 8-12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1-7* days from the date of shipment. *Expect delays during high-season periods.
Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Exchange Policy We do not offer refunds. However, customers may initiate an exchange for a product or size. Exchange requests must be initiated once per order and within 7 (seven) days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product(s) is/are unused and unwashed.
- Tags are intact.
- The product(s) is/are not purchased at a sale or discounted price.
- The product(s) is/are not custom-tailored or altered.
- An unpacking video is provided for claims regarding damage, partial, or incorrect items received.
The customer is responsible for sending the parcel back to us. Reverse parcels may take 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange orders will be processed only after we receive the returned parcel and the product(s) pass(es) a quality check.
Size Exchange We ensure garments are dispatched per the size chart. If you face a size issue, you may request an exchange or contact us at labelshaj@gmail.com.
Custom-Tailored or Altered Items Custom-sized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
